We have ensured the complete reconstruction of a cottage for permanent residence.

With us, investors didn't have to worry about the reconstruction process. We have years of experience in construction and trusted craftsmen with expertise. To start, we began by clearing out the entire house, attic, and garage, removing old and unnecessary furniture, and stripping away old plaster. We also addressed mold issues that emerged after a water leak on the first floor. The house was treated against moisture, and its foundations were reinforced.

We installed new electrical wiring, plumbing, water supply, underfloor heating, and a central vacuum system. Beneath the wooden flooring and tiles, we poured an anhydrite floor screed. We also insulated the house and provided a new facade.

The original kitchen was outdated, prompting us to collaborate with a carpenter for a custom-made kitchen. An Italian compact worktop and a vanilla-toned decor on the kitchen doors add elegance to the space.

The various work stages were carefully sequenced, ensuring proper coordination among different trades. Our team managed this demanding process for the investors. In the case of this reconstruction, we successfully assisted the investors in obtaining a 'green savings' subsidy.
